Itinerary:

Please join me for a hike on the beautiful trails of the Island Ford unit of the Chattahoochee River Natl Recreation Area (CRNRA).

We will hike along the banks of the Chattahoochee River at a moderate pace.   This is a great hike for beginners as much of our route will be relatively flat with little elevation.

We will meet at the first parking lot on the left after you enter the park from Roberts Drive.

Please call me (770-856-2105) if you are running late.

Please note that there is a $3 cash parking fee unless you have an annual Chattahoochee River Rec parking pass.   Please arrive a few minutes early to pay for parking and check in.

Required Items to Bring:

Water to keep you hydrated
$3 cash for parking or annual valid parking pass

Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
