Itinerary:

Join us for a walk in the park! Haw Creek park is a fairly new, and typically rather quiet park with nice hiking trails. There is little elevation change, and the majority of the hike is wooded. The trail is 3.3 miles.

We'll meet at the pavillion and hit the trail from there.

The park allows dogs, but remember it may be muddy depending on the weather prior to the hike.

Following the hike, anyone interested is welcome to join us for lunch. We'll either go to The Cue for BBQ or Los Rios for Mexican food depending on group consensus. Following lunch I will be leading a hike at Little Ridge Park on Lake Lanier which is approximately 10 min from Haw Creek.
