Itinerary:

It's time for another wonderful *You Can Do It* hike!  This hike series is especially designed for folks who are newer to hiking or just want to go at a more leisurely pace.  We do stay together as a group, stop for pictures when the situation warrants it and generally just go at a more relaxed speed. We will be hiking sections of the Red and White trails on this hike.

This time we'll take in the sights and sounds of Sweetwater Creek State Park... with civil war ruins, lovely wooded trails, and rapids, this park has just about everything you could hope for in a local hike.

This is a five mile hike, and while there will be some easy rock scrambling, stairs and just a little bit of elevation change, it is still perfect for the newcomer to hiking.  We will take our time and stay together as a group so please, if you are wanting a power-hike, this is not for you!

Dogs are welcome but need to be on a 6 foot leash.
