Itinerary:

Join us for a ride In the park! Haw Creek park is a fairly new, and typically rather quiet park with nice hiking/MTB trails. There is little elevation change, and the majority of the ride is wooded. The trail has ben recently expanded, so we'll check it out once also. The trail is 3.3 miles, so we'll ride it twice plus the new section!.

We'll meet at the trailhead and hit the trail from there. 

Free Parking and clean bathrooms!

Event Directions:

The park is located at 2205 Echols Rd, Cumming 30041.

Approximately 35 miles/45 min from Spaghetti Junction. GA400 N to exit 14, east on hwy 20 3.7 miles, Left on Echols and park is about .4 miles on left.

There is no traffic signal at Echols rd, look for the Pep Boys service center on your right and a trailer lot on the left if heading East from 400 and turn left at the trailer lot -Echols Rd. If you miss the turn there is a second Echols rd farther East which wraps around to the park. The park is near Haw Creek Elementary and Lakeside Middle schools. We'll meet at the trailhead.


Notes:

This is a weather dependent event. We will not riide in the rain or on a muddy trail for safety reasons. You are responsible for your own bike repairs.
