Itinerary:

Join us for a morning fitness hike at Vickery Creek. Let's burn off some more of those Turkey Day calories! We will meet at the Mill parking lot (NOT Oxbo) to start our 5.5 mile hike. We will be going at a fast pace in order to keep our heart rate up, so this is not a beginner's hike.

We'll start promptly at 9:00am, so please arrive a few minutes early for check in. If you are running late, please call or text one of us so we can remove you from the list.

Parking is free at the Mill parking lot. (We are NOT starting at Oxbo)
