Itinerary:

We will be hiking around 5.5 miles on a variety of trails beginning at the first parking lot on the left as you enter the park.  We will do the lolli-pop first then cut through the parking lot to the trail leading to the visitor center. We will return back to the parking lot on the same trail. The trails will take us through the woods, across some bridges, and along the river bank, hiking past some really cool cave-like overhanging rocks!

This is a fast-paced fitness hike and is not intended for beginner hikers.  Please arrive early for introductions as we will leave promptly at 9:30am.

Just a reminder - there is no restroom at the parking lot, but there is one at the visitor's center. Also, there is a $3 parking fee if you don't have a CNRA pass.
