Great way to spend a Friday morning hiking at East Palisades.  We it the higher and lower parts of the park and in between we did several climbs for a total of about 650 feet of elevation gain over 4.5 miles.  We visited the bamboo forest, the observation deck and the dog beach and all points between.  Great group of 19 on our hike today finishing up right at noon.
