Write Up:
We started our morning with a fierce thunderstorm upon the Big Kennesaw. We waited it out as we were entertained with natures light show. Shortly we hit the newly washed trail with fresh air ( nitric oxide) and plant smells from the recent storm! It was good to be back on Gah-nes-saw one of my favorite local hikes. We saw Mountain Woman and other familiar faces like always which makes this Mountain my home! But the Mountains are calling and I must go.
