All killer - no filler - although we were missing some of our regulars today due to Haloween and the pending rain...oh and the early start time. That didn't stop the 3 others from pushing me to my fastest split at VC to date. However, the VCTR 6.4 will cease for the remainder of the year...but we'll be starting the "night light" running next week after DST (booooo hissss, boo). We'll be testing our legs again at RAP at 7 p.m. starting Thursday, 11.1 - that way the frogs can keep jumping. come on out if you're feeling froggy! Cheers!
