Thu, Jun 25 2015 - Evening Paddle Down Chattahoochee (View Original Event Details)|
Tonight, six of us enjoyed a beautiful paddle on the Chattahoochee River. We paddled upstream for 2 miles in quite the fog. We were laughing amongst ourselves, because as we looked upstream, other paddlers appeared to have only a head and paddle, and it was really strange. We saw an otter, ducks, teenage geese, and of course, a blue heron. We paused for a few moments when we arrived under the GA 400 bridge, and then, paddled back downstream to Azalea Park. We hope you can come out and join us next time!
Thank you, Erica, for letting me co-lead (my first one!) with you tonight!!
