Write Up:
Four of us met up at Sweetwater Creek state park to get in a 10k hike. We managed to avoid the rain showers and stayed dry .... Well, we all sweated a lot from the humidity and some steep uphill climbs. The creek level was up and the water was flowing very fast. The rushing water was pleasant to listen to and the tapod s looked great! John showed us his 3 favorite trees in the park and we saw a turtle. This 2 hours of hiking was the highlight of all of our days! For the record, Erik owes John $3 and Wende $2. Thanks for helping me with the parking fee!!
