Today was a memorable day for those on the Thursday Morning at Island Ford Hike. A new record was set for the highest number of times we climbed the dreaded asphalt hill.  Our confident leader looked over the familiar faces of our group, assessed our fitness level and set out to challenge us once again on what's fondly known as the AOC's toughest D2 rated hike. I am proud to report that not one of us fell behind and we are now stronger because of it.

As they say, records are made to be broken. So watch out.  When you least suspect it.  Joyce will be sure that even this record will not stand for long. ~ Trish
