We had a great hike today - weather was perfect.  Shorts and short sleeves in December.  The trail was wet - but we were excited to be out after the recent rainy days.  Officially, Garmin says we hiked 8.04 miles with 1066 ft elevation gain.  The group was enjoyable and it was nice having Sunae's daughter, Cindy, from D.C. with us today.
