Our group of five took advantage of a little window of perfect winter hiking weather for a pleasant couple of hours of walking along the river and through the hills at Jones Bridge.  We began with stops at the bridge and nearby dock to check out the water.  The hooch was running fast and high, as were all the little feeder streams along our hike.  We didn't see the usual deer romping through the woods, but all in all it was a nice afternoon.
