The air was surprisingly chilly all day, encouraging us to keep moving for this 12 mile hike. But what a beautifully bright, sunny day! Other than a couple of falls and some leg cramps, the hike went without mishap. We hiked up the stairs to the Approach Trail, across to the Inn for lunch and then down the Len Foote Trail. We ended the hike by taking the trail back down to the Visitor Center. Another great hike for the record book.
