Our group of 12 hikers enjoyed a high energy 8-mile hike at Island Ford this morning. The weather was perfect for this event. Our group of ambitious hikers powered through the trails to complete the hike in 2 hours and 40 minutes. Many of us decided were still energized after the hike,  and decided to hike another hike at Morgan Falls with Joyce T.  Several of us managed to complete a total of 10 miles for the day...Great job everyone and I hope to hike with everyone again soon!
