The forecast 24 hours before our hike predicted rain and thunderstorms. But as we stood in the parking lot we saw clouds opening to blue sky. We seized the day by doing the unpredictable and taking the road less traveled - all the trails not previously taken.  Rather than passing an unfamiliar path we took at as the main route.  We explored all sorts of new nooks and added extra climbs. The new perspective was as refreshing as a spring rain and we didn't even get wet. What a fun day! Cheers to all for showing up! ~Trish
