The temperatures, they are arising. But we are keeping up.  We had a lovely day exploring all around and through the Leita Thompson Memorial Park. We even increased our mileage and ascent a bit just to give an extra effort. After the workout a bunch of us head over to Mellow Mushroom and enjoyed lunch and the AC. ~Trish
