Write Up:
This was the epitome of a very laid back and relaxed stroll through the woods. We only had about an hour before sunset, so we explored all the trails in the park, doing a couple of loops. There was a carpeted teepee to check out and a slightly swampy area to navigate, where we had to walk along a narrow plank to avoid the mud. That was the extent of the adventure for this hike, but it was a nice sunny day and cooling off well from the day's highs. We had a great group....good conversation as always, and it was nice to just get out after work for a short nature walk.
