No newbies today, so we kept up a good pace despite the heat and humidity. Trish and I love this group who beg to be pushed past their comfort zone each week. We started with a hike to and around the lollipop trail, expecting rain to cut out hike short . . . but the rain never came (thank you, Bubble), so we finished the hike with the challenge of the warm-up hill.
