It was a warm, but breezy morning for our regular Tuesday hike.  Leita's Park is such a great place for a hike in the woods even when it's hot and humid. You can always find a cool breeze somewhere.  Today we decided to stick with the shade.  Lunch after at Panera's is proving to be a winner.  Cold refreshing salads are a great way to refuel in summer.  Continue to acclimate to the rising temperatures and we'll hope you see you all next week.  ~Trish
