Another painfully hot day that drenched us as soon as we made it up the warm-up hill. (I was going to skip that hill, but Larry begged me to do it . . . .  :-) The group continues to be so supportive and willing to be pushed beyond their comfort zone. It's inspiring. We welcomed Sandra and Ellie to the Thursday morning Island Ford hike, and were happy to see Gary with us during his hiatus from teaching duties.~ Joyce
