The paddle from Island Ford to the picnic at Morgan Falls was so much fun! Allson helped to lead the event and our group of eight dedicated paddlers paddled down the Chattahoochee. We paddled through on and off again rain which was rather fun. We saw a beaver, muskrat  and some other interesting wildlife.  The best reward was at the end of our paddle when we reached the dock at Morgan Falls there were smoke signals. I think I could even smell Larry's excellent cooking from the river, and what a suprise. It was a feast that Larry C, Ed Chellino, Trena, Stacy and several others who assisted with cooking and preparation. Thank you so much! It was so nice paddling with everyone, reaching our destination (picnic), enjoying great company, &  food!  I hope to do this again soon!
