We started early, but that didn't dissuade this eager-to-hike group. We made a big loop around the park, taking in the beach, the deck, the bamboo forest, and the rock overlook. Wynn guarded the back of the group, but we had no stragglers, even on the long, long ascent to the deck. The temperatures stayed in the 70's during the hike, but we worked up a good "glisten" nonetheless.  

We had one brand new member (Elen) who had no difficulty keeping up with the group plus Lisa, on just her 6th AOC hike. Welcome, ladies! How nice to see Gabby and Georgio today. They seemed to relish the hike, and they're always a joy to watch.
