Write Up:Thanks first to Joyce for allowing me to co-lead this morning's hike with her. Beautiful morning, I promised mist on the river, geese and turtles at the pond and I delivered - the surprise guests on the hike were the toad, owl, box turtle and numerous spiders and webs. As hike leader I was the one that broke most of the spider webs for the rest of the hikers- very hard to see so I walked right into most of them. Thank the rest of you for allowing me to co-lead your hike - today was my third co-lead and my 100th hike with the AOC (everyone celebrated with a pre-hike chocolate courtesy of Joyce). I was so happy to spend my morning with all of you. ~ Diana
