Beautiful morning at Cochran Shoals/Sope Creek - we first did a quick loop of Powers Island and then headed across the river to get on some real trails.  I went over on time and mileage - my Fitbit app recorded 9.99 miles but it felt like more.  We explored numerous trails from south end of Cochran Shoals  (Interstate North Parkway entrance) and traveled all the way to the far end of Sope Creek (the old paper mill ruins).  The weather was great, the AOC hikers were all terrific as always.  Thank you all for joining me this morning.
