The afternoon Christmas hike at Island Ford was awesome! We had a great level-up hike with perfect weather and a fun group of hikers. With this in mind, 19 of us completed a D3 (7 miles in 2 hrs 30 min), for Marylee and Cheryl it was their 1st D3 . Congrats and Great Job everyone! As for Norm, Smitha, Donna, and Linda this was their 2nd hike today for a total of 14 miles...Yay!!!!! In addition to a great day of hiking , we were able to enjoy great weather and the many wonderful views of the Chattahoochee, nature, and wild life. Thanks again hikers for another excellent Christmas Hike!
