After all the rain we've had for the last few days we had great weather for a hike this morning.  Eighteen of us put in a solid effort and covered about 6.25 miles in an hour and fifty five minutes.  This is our usual group size and pace.  It works well for us. Lunch was lively and informative and I am grateful that most everyone has returned from the holidays and we are getting back to our healthy routine. Thank you all for coming out and kicking the year off right. ~Trish
