We welcomed Eric B. to the AOC by showing him ALL of the beautiful trails at East Palisades. We hiked a little over 6 miles and climbed over 1000 feet as we took on the BAH, the bamboo forest, the cave and trails I didn't even know existed!! Had two or three drops of rain right before the hike began but by the time we started, all rain had passed and before long, jackets were removed. The trails were soft, the river was beautiful and the hills were ever present! What a great way to begin this great morning. We have now burned off a few calories and can sit back, enjoy our snacks and cheer on our Falcons!! ~ Carol
