A full group today, plus a brand new AOC member, Monica. She brought her friendly retriever, Daisy, along for the hike. The group did well on the hike, though we did have a fall. Trena and I have decided that Gold Branch trails are a little too technical for a beginner hike. Just too many roots, rocks, and places to slip.  Otherwise, it was a fine hike! 

The rain kept its distance until we finished the hike . . . always a welcomed gift. Join us for next Monday morning's Beginners Welcome hike - - at West Palisades. The group is always friendly and happy to embrace new members.
