An increase in humidity and heat has us working a little harder today at Island Ford but that did not deter our spirits or our pace! We managed to keep a nice steady pace as we made our way through the numerous trails of Island Ford. It was good to see Steve again after his recent travels! Welcome back! The downed tress from last week had been cleared so we had no unusual obstacles - back to business as usual! Thanks to all who joined us and continue to make our Thursday mornings special! ~ Carol
