It was a warm start to our morning hike at Leita Thompson. We enjoyed a brisk D3 pace and only stopped to admire a hawk in a tree along the way. Trish added at least one additional hill to make it a good fitness workout. We finished with about 6 miles at just under two hours.
After the hike, six of us had lunch at Mellow Mushroom sitting out on the patio enjoying a nice breeze.
It was a great start to the day - awesome workout with truly nice friends!
