Another hot one under our belts! There were very few breezes during our hike, even along the creek. We enjoyed several water breaks and managed to get in over 4 miles despite the temperatures and humidity.

We were delighted to welcome two new members to the AOC - - Nicole (a transplant from New Jersey) and Phoebe (a long-time friend of Jennifer's).

The post-hike popsicles Trena brought were so refreshing. They were the perfect end to our trek. ~ Joyce
