What a beautiful day! Cool temps, nice breeze and great company. Today we welcomed Allen to our Thursday Morning Hike. He decided to take it easy by carrying only 30 lbs in his backpack! We also saw Jeff G on the trails. He was back in town after visiting his newest grandchild 😊. We were able to keep a brisk pace today and everyone was able to keep up. Saw a beautiful heron, around 8 deer 🦌, and numerous geese. Dave had the honor of placing Joyce ‘s beautiful rock. It was heavy so this task was done early in the hike. Next week we hike early due to our members' Thanksgiving Day schedules - 8:30 am! Hope to see you! ~ Carol
