Had a great beginning to our Thanksgiving Day at Island Ford. Jeff W. had the honor of placing our rock which he did so along the Lollipop Trail. We had some hikers that don’t do this trail often so we skipped our warm up hill but Joyce kept us going at a nice steady clip so we should be able to enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner free of guilt. Today I’m thankful for the numerous friends I have met through the AOC and the tranquility the trails have given me. Thanks to you all who made the effort to join us this morning.
