Write Up:
We started our hike with nine eager hikers. The deluged of rain just ended as we entered the park.The temps were warm with a very wet trail. With all the conditions that has happened Sweetwater was the place to be for a hike, where creeks were rivers and streams where creeks. The woods echoed a chorus of water falls, which gave a us a serene feel. The woods came alive starting with a drove of wild pigs, including a huge Boar , that crossed the trail just in front of us! As the hike progressed we were startled with several groups of deer constantly all down the trail. The hike was a huge success, thanks to some committed hikers. I would like to welcome Holly M. and Kim T. to the club. Chuck R.
