A full house today for our 5+ mile hike. Trena met a running friend (Franco) in the parking lot just before the hike, so we invited him to lead us through some of the lesser travelled trails. We started out rather briskly but settled into a comfortable pace as we passed through the Sope Creek section into the Cochran Shoals area of trails. A lovely 5 mile hike this morning! ~ Joyce
