A small group - - perfect for a mid-week hike at one of our lesser used parks. The new Akers Mill parking lot is terrific, and the new section of trail is beautiful now that the trees are leafed out.  

We kept a moderate pace and traveled all the way to the other entrance off US 41. Timing was perfect, as we got back to our cars a few minutes before noon. ~ Joyce
