14:10 miles...6.2 in under 1h:40m...yeah the pace was high, but it gives you a natural high so it's worth it! The 2 Mary's joined me (and set the entire pace, don't think I didn't notice that!) for a perfectly sun drenched, humid mid spring tear through the Vickery Creek trails systems...as MaryBeth said "this was the highlight of the day...no scratch that...the week!"
