Wow, it feels as if Joyce and I had been gone for ages but we were only away for a week.  We were able to get right back into the groove though as we welcomed everyone to our Thursday Morning Island Ford Hike.  The temperatures were not all that hot but the humidity was a killer.  We were all quite glistering by the time we completed the hike!  The trails were extremely damp and slippery - at times it felt as if we were in quicksand:). Happy Birthday to Russ as well.  See you all next week!
