The weather was hot and humid - not a whole lot new there!  We opted not to do the warmup hill but instead meander around Island Ford and headed towards the lollipop trail.  We stopped often to rehydrate but maintained a steady pace getting in right at 5.3 miles.  Not bad for 2 hours on a hot day with a starting temperature of 81 degrees!  Thanks for all of you for joining me and staying together as we always do - one big family:). You guys truly make my day!
