The hardest effort yet...according to the Garmin/Strava data - but we all did better than weeks before. Maybe it was the amazing weather, maybe it was some of the new blood in the event (no pun intended) or maybe it's just because we keep pushing eachother to the next level. Whatever "it" is - we're getting faster. The post event beverages did hit the spot...and heck the effort was so high I didn't even hear the lovely tunes coming from Alive After 5...c-ya next week!
