Rocktown

The day started out a little late for our group as we finally left carpool, but we hit the road with determination to reach our destination in a reasonable time.  Once arriving at the trail head, we took the group photo and were on our way.  Along the trail we passed the "training rock" as I like to call it, and put our scrambling skills to work.  Next came the second scrambling rock, where some photos were taken and then moved on to the heart of Rocktown. This is where the real fun began.  Climbing scrambling, and squeezing through narrow passages were had by all, despite some criticism of my apparent wide rear end :-)  

Everyone joined in on the last climb to the top and we returned alive with only minor scrapes and bumps.


Thanks to all that came. We had a good group and it was great seeing new faces.  Hope to see you on another adventure soon.
