Today was bright and sunny, so that very quickly outer layers were peeled off - - and some of us even worked up a bit of a sweat! Our pace was strong and steady, so we ended up clocking in about 8 miles - - a good D3 workout. 

We were delighted to meet two brand new AOC members - - Bob and Lois. Hopefully, they will become regulars to our weekday and perhaps weekend hikes. And we all got to meet Victor's tennis partner, Amir. ~ Joyce
