No one quite knew how to dress today.  Some wore jackets, others wore shorts, while others wore layers.  The skies cleared up nicely with lower humidity and nice breezes and temperatures in the high 50's.  The rain has left the area for a couple of days but the effects of the rain were everpresent on the trails today.  We had streams of water where water shouldn't be.  More trees have come down.  The trails were wet and slick.  Consequently, we did take things just a little slower but still managing to cover 5.5 miles.  Susan and Steve F. were first up the hill with Steve making a "chest bump" at the top to state that he was "first" up!!  LOL!  See you all next week:) ~ Carol
