I'm still trying to get used to having just 10 people on a hike instead of 20. It's much easier to keep up with everyone . . . but I really hate leaving people on the waiting list.

Today's hike was great. We parked at the elementary school lot and travelled some lesser known trails for the first half of the hike. Then, we made our way to the ruins so that our newest member, Laronda, could see them for the first time. She loved the views and took lots of photos with her phone. We were proud of her for keeping up with the group on some challenging hills.
