Hey Hikers,

Thanks for coming out on Thursday's Island Ford tour. As Bette pointed out, we hit every hill to be found in the park, and everyone kept a good pace, even with the short water breaks.  Pete was in great shape thanks to good medicine and a great attitude, and Leigh is healing well enough to chase Gary around the Lollipop loop while the rest of us went down by the sentinel oak, then up and over the "social trail" from the creek.  

Nice trekkin' everybody! 

Lunch was a nice break over at Samad's with several of the renegades.
