We had a great group for our early morning jaunt at Sope Creek.  Everyone arrived early allow us to start our hike a few minutes ahead of schedule.  There were plenty of bikers and runners on the trails this morning but we were able to step aside and pass safely.  We spend most of our time in the Sope Creek sections but ventured to Cochran Shoals for perhaps a mile of our hike.  We ended up back at our cars in a little over 2 hours and the end of our 5.2 mile hike.  ~  Holt
