It was sunny and cold with the temperature in the mid 20’s when we started. With everyone arriving we did introductions, by the restrooms and proceed toward the Columns Dr Parking Lot, passed the lot on the right and continued around until we met the main trail again. We stopped for a quick drink of water and to delayer; than reversed our path returning to the parking lot. We did 5.13 miles in 98 minutes for 3.14 mph pace with the water break. I stated in the posting that we would attempt a pace of 3.0 mph. This group not only obtained that but exceeded it. Congratulates to those that set new pace records for themselves.

A special thanks to Hope for joining us on her first event, Patricia and Lauren for their fourth event, and Hailley for her seventh event. Thanks to the rest of the group for making them feel part of our club.
