Appalachian Trail starting at Unicoi gap and heading to Tray mountain, the seventh highest peak in Georgia at 4430 ft. This was an out and back hike so in addition to Tray it required two tough ascents over Rocky Mountain at 4017 ft. Another great AOC winter hike, a bit windy and cold but abundant sunshine. Ten strong hikers took on this challenge, enjoyed a beautiful day in the mountains!
